Activist work

I make protest posters and paintings that put today’s violence against immigrants next to the history it echoes. Farmworkers called “illegal” while they feed the country. Killings treated as headlines instead of people. Art can’t stop any of it, but it can make it impossible to look away. I was born screaming, so I’m not about to go quiet.
